The Canillo approves legislation cadastral

According to BOPA published today (78/21) in Canillo is approved, follow the provisions of Law 20/2008 of 11 December of the census , in order to have a parish census to be an exhaustive inventory of public and private real estate in the parish to administer properly the territory and the urban planning regulations for the compulsory registration of all property that existed in the parish and its alterations and entities, attending the concepts of unity and cadastral reference, to provide a broad regional information system, computerized and coordinated.
The regulation of cadastral Canillo is composed of the following elements:
* ordination of the cadastre of the parish of Canillo in regulation of the administrative record on which are inscribed properties, their owners and possessed of these rights as defined by this ordinance and the regulations that develop.
* Regulation for management of cadastre of the parish of Canillo , which aims to develop the ordinance of the cadastre of the parish of Canillo with regard to registration procedures, communications and broadcasting and the communication of information cadastral.
* Regulation of cadastral maps of the parish of Canillo , which aims to define the characteristics and technical specifications of the cadastral maps
* Regulation of obtaining data for the formation of the land registry , which aims to develop the third transitional provision of the ordinance of the cadastre of the parish of Canillo and regulate the procedures for obtaining graphical and alphanumeric data, including the legal training to the cadastre.

The Common Sant Julia de Loria approved cadastral regulations

According to BOPA published today (42/21) of the Common Sant Julia de Loria is approved, follow the provisions of Law 20/2008 of 11 December cadastre, standards for the compulsory registration of all property that existed in the parish and its legal and physical alterations, attending the concepts of unity and cadastral reference, to provide a broad regional information system, computerized and coordinated .
The regulation of cadastral Sant Julia de Loria is composed of the following elements:
* ordinance of 29-5-2009 amending the ordinance of the cadastre of the parish church of Sant Julia de Loria, in regulation of cadastral administrative record on which are inscribed properties, their owners and possessed of these rights in as defined by this ordinance and the regulations that develop.
* Regulation dated 29-5-2009 amending Regulation Management cadastre of the parish of Sant Julia de Loria, which aims to develop the ordinance of the cadastre of the parish of Sant Julia de Loria, with regard to procedures registration, communications and the issuance of cadastral information.
* Regulation dated 29-5-2009 of Cadastral Mapping of the parish of Sant Julia de Loria, which aims to define the characteristics and technical specifications of the cadastral maps.
* Regulation of 29-5-2009 amending the Rules of obtaining data for the formation of the cadastre of the parish of Sant Julia de Loria, which aims to develop the third transitional provision of the ordinance of the cadastre of the parish Sant Julia de Loria and regulate the procedures for obtaining alphanumeric and graphical information, including legal, to the formation of the cadastre.
