Renewal of the authorization to practice as a solicitor

The High Council of Justice agreement dated 19/11/09, published in the BOPA yesterday (87/21), given a deadline of 13.00 on December 31 this year, so who wants to solicitors continue developing its business, must submit a letter requesting the renewal of its authorization. This decision is to have precise control of the people who play this role effectively, given that the relationship of people admitted to exercise the procedural representation of the parties to the Andorran courts, some of them do not exert this activity by voluntarily or because they are retired.
