Approved regulations that carry law regulating furnished apartments for vacation and the companies that exploit

The Government approved (BOPA 87/21) regulations to develop Act 26/2008 of 20 November, regulation of furnished apartments for vacation and companies that exploit them . The three regulations adopted and come into force on 2 January 2010, are as follows:
1. - Regulation of operation of the Express companies operating furnished apartments for vacation (EEAM) and furnished apartments for vacation is due as provided in Article 5 of Law 26/2008 of regulation of furnished apartments for vacation and companies that exploit them, establishing the register of undertakings operating furnished apartments for vacation and furnished apartments for vacation, with the aim of centralizing all applications, files and data that relate to companies operating furnished apartments for vacation, called EEAM.
The purpose is to identify the registry EEAM authorized identify furnished apartments for vacation and authorized its category, relate each furnished apartment for the holidays authorized EEAM that exploits and determine the composition of housing stock each EEAM. 3. - Regulation and protection of consumer information and the user , intended to achieve the highest quality, both in relation to real estate units that are operated under this form, and in relation to services provided by the companies exploitation of furnished apartments for vacation, This regulation defines all rights and obligations of both the user and the EEAM.
