New computerized procedure for liens

The press today echoes the signature of cooperation protocol between the Council of Justice and the banks, represented by the Andorran Banking Association, to streamline procedures for all electronic Legal requirements on embargoes and balances of current accounts that may be issued by the various jurisdictions Andorra. The protocol, however, follow all necessary precautions to ensure privacy. The measure has long been claimed by the common, in order to guarantee the payment of penalties imposed.
