The Civil Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice ruling dated 5/21/09, Aunt 345/08, understands that there are criminal complaints against the directors of the company V. SA for fraudulent bankruptcy, fraud, abuse of company property, breach of trust etc.. And that the Directors may be condemned by the allegations in the complaints, it may not have any consequence in the procedure is limited to the liquidation of portfolio of the company V. SA and its allocation to each client, the procedure is completely independent of the fraudulent actions of directors, which can only lead to a procedure for compensation for damages.
