The Government has announced that the overall average monthly salary contributed by all salaried people in the Andorran Social Security for 2009 is € 1,979.51, the index used to establish the contribution bases and calculation for certain benefits, as established in the Decree of approval dated 14 October 2009, and specifically for the rates of contributions of persons performing an activity for themselves and the value of point retirement.
In setting up this branch of the general contributions of those who carried out an activity on their own looks at 197.95 euros a month, and for the agricultural sector is 164.96 euros per month. The branch of retirement contributions of those who carried out an activity on their own setting, depending on the type of contribution chosen in the following amounts: Class A: 197.95 per month; class B: 247.44 euros monthly class C: 296.93 euros per month.
The overall average monthly salary contributions for 2008 had been established in at € 1,943.47.
