Regulation of alternative policies on the demand for parking and criteria for assessing the contributions and compensation: Scald

The Joint Scald approved ( BOPA 57/21) the planning ordinance for the regulation of alternative policies on the demand for parking and criteria for assessing the contributions and compensation, as in one consolidated urban and especially the old, the configuration of existing buildings and the size of very small plots of land that may involve the extension or change of use of a building permit does not satisfy the demand for places 'additional parking under the provisions of Article 30.1. Regulation of Construction, in both cases, the license can only be approved if it meets the requirement of parking spaces through the use of an alternative solution developed in the ordinance or a combination thereof.

While the Joint Scald agreed ( BOPA 57/21) set the scale on the cost of building new parking spaces in public car parks, closed and covered, as required by Article 30 of the Building Regulations, developed ordinance for the regulation of conditions of planning alternatives on the demand for apartment and valuation of the contributions and compensation in accordance with the following parameters:
Cost of construction m2 (without affecting the land value): 714 €
Minimum area of ​​a parking space (with its entrances, ramps and routes of distribution): 25 m.
