The Government approved the Regulations of the administrative record, store and advertising the results of the election process of stewards (BOPA 69/21) that under the conditions established by Law 35/2008 of 18 December, the labor relations code , Regulation regulates in detail the procedures and annex incorporates the models of documents that must be completed in order to facilitate the formalization and tramització, while specific rules of internal organization and functioning of the Department of Labor to make it operational and ensure it is in a position to effectively fulfill the functions conferred by the Act.
