Regulations governing the use of automated external defibrillators by semiautomatic and non health

The Government approved (BOPA 81/21) the Regulations governing the use of automated external defibrillators by semiautomatic and non health that aims to regulate the use of defibrillators and establish their requirements, training requirements, conditions for installing them, and the creation of administrative records necessary to implement the regulation, since the majority of non-traumatic sudden deaths are due to ischemic heart disease that cause lethal cardiac arrhythmias. Before a person suffering a cardiac arrest measures are most effective early implementation of a series of actions such as activating the emergency system, the performance of basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation, defibrillation, and early specialized medical care.

Correction of errata (BOPA 21/82) which is added an appendix.
