Regulation of the Register of Foundations and the Protectorate

The BOPA today published the Regulations of the Register of Foundations and the Protectorate, which sets in motion the Register of Foundations and to develop its functions, structure, functioning and effects, according to the guidelines Law 11/2008 on foundations and functions of the Protectorate and its relationship with the registry.
