Regulation of Registration of Trade Unions

The Government approved (BOPA 56/21) the Regulations of the Registry of Trade Unions in developing the forecast of the second additional provision of Law 33/2008 of 18 December on Freedom of Association provides that the Government should create, within three months from the publication, the Registry of Trade Unions referred to in Article 7, regulating the organization and its functioning, in order to exercise their right to freedom of association. The purpose of the Registry of Trade Unions is to publicize the constitution, the statutes, the representative bodies, government and administration, the economic system and, in general, for registration for all events related to the operation and life of trade union organization, to give guarantees to the people you are related, either as members, either as a third, that contract or perform any legal business.
