The approved Joint Ordino (BOPA 20/22) the Regulation on a simplified procedure for the application and removal of trade opening, modifying commercial activities and change of owner and business name in follow the rules approved by the Government in this matter, pursuant to agreement with the Commons that the Government have decided to promote the regulation of a procedure that simplifies the administrative processing of some applications and removals of Opening trade, business activities of modification and change of owner and business name.
