Simplified procedure for requests for removal of trade opening and the Community of La Massana

The Common La Massana has approved (BOPA 23/22) the Regulation on a simplified procedure for application and removal of trade opening in monitoring rules approved by the Government in this matter, pursuant to the agreement Government with the Commons have decided to promote the regulation of a procedure that simplifies the administrative processing of some applications and transfer of trade opening, modifying commercial activities and change of owner and business name.
