Modification of the Rules of collective swimming pools

The BOPA yesterday (35/21) published the decree approving the Regulation amending the Regulation of pools of collective use, with the aim of promoting a policy of saving water, while introduced a new model of management of facilities aimed at self-control, and the owner moved the responsibility for maintenance, security and control facilities, in order to minimize the possible health risk and security that may result from its use, as well as updated qualifications that enable tasks Lifeguard in swimming pools collective.
