Modification of the procedure and registration of foreign investments

The government has released to date BOPA the Decree amending Decree on the rules and procedures of the Registry of Foreign Investments which will simplify the procedure in each case of foreign investment, and the models official be used to request, declare and settle foreign investment. Simultaneously published the revised text of the Decree on the rules and procedures of the Registry of Foreign Investments.
