The legislative commission on economy closes the wording of the draft law amending the Law on employers' accounting

The legislative committee of economics has published the report of the committee in relation to the Bill amending Law 30/2007, December 20, accounting employers as well as the reservation of amendment. This legislative amendment seeks, without further delay, all employers comply with the duty to take Andorran accounting for the benefit of the community by offering more guarantees of business. This should allow, among other objectives, to establish a national public accounting. The most notable modification of this standard is to establish a system of sanctions that should guarantee the fulfillment of the obligations set out in the Accounting Act. To this end, this text adds to the Law 30/2007 a new chapter.
Apart from the major economic offenses and penalties, which are determined by accounting failures, may apply sanctions accessory that will allow greater guarantees when restore legality violated. One of these sanctions limiting case adds a new legitimacy to contract with the government, which happens to complement the provisions of the law of public procurement legislation.
This Act also establishes an increase in the amount of the annual amount of business to 250,000 euros, which should allow most employers adhere to the simplified system of accounting.
