Regulation amending the Register of Foundations and the Protectorate

By Order dated 1-7-2009 ( BOPA 50/21 ) amending Regulation of the Government Register of Foundations and the Protectorate of April 1, 2009, in order to meet the public demand for regulation of fundacionsd'acord with the social reality and the needs arising from its own factual situation. In this sense, the purpose of facilitating the registration of both the foundations and the subsequent acts of the same for registration, amendment of the Regulation, which establishes the composition of the Protectorate, and it removes both the Advisory Board of the Protectorate as the need for verification activities and foundations of all proceedings relating to the statutory amendment, merger and termination thereof.
