The Government has published (BOPA 8/22) of the proposed planning regulations of environment protection Casa Rull and the church of Sant Joan de Sispony , and the criteria for architectural and urban monuments and their surroundings followed up its declaration as an asset of cultural interest, which s'estabelixen zoning and planning and architectural criteria that should govern interventions on the monuments and the environment protection. It has suspended the processing of licenses parcelling, building, construction or demolition affecting the property subject of this dossier, including those that are within the scope of environmental protection provided for in Annex 3 and depicted on map number. 4 of Annex 3b, until finally the criteria established architectural and urban governing interventions on the monuments and the environment protection.
At the same time opened a period of hearing and public information for a month and other interested persons may make allegations that it deems appropriate, and is subject to prior authorization regime established in the Article 14 of Law 9/2003 any work or operation, whether public or private promotion, you want to carry on the said monument or environment protection.
