The government amended the Regulation regulating the solidarity pension for the elderly

The BOPA yesterday (84/21) published the Decree to amend the rules regulating the solidarity pension for the elderly, from 18 February 2009, in order to guarantee the social protection of the collective community elders who are not entitled to coverage in the general branch according to the requirements established in Law 17/2008 on social security, and agree with the content of Article 105, paragraph 5, of the law mentioned above which states that in the case of beneficiaries of social pensions the government will pay the price of the company and the beneficiary of the salary, the Government at its meeting of 11 November 2009 approve the modification of decree decree approving the rules regulating the solidarity pension for the elderly, by adding Article 10, in these terms: "Article 10. The Government will pay the price of the business and the beneficiary of the wage of solidarity pensions to the elderly who have no coverage in the general branch. "The amendment will apply to relations arising from 1 November 2009.
