The Government approved (BOPA 102/22) the regulation of fishing , which repeals Regulation of fishing 5/3/08, to establish procedures for issuing fishing licenses and permits bounded Fishing sets the operation of the Monitoring Committee of Fisheries, which defines the species can be fished, regulates the conditions and requirements for the performance of different fishing methods and for the approval and development of fishing competitions, set the volume of catches and / or fishing by day and the minimum size of catch in the open water and bounded on the fishing.
One of the amendments to the regulations include the requirement to carry and use salabret for the practice of fishing, in order to limit the damage that may occur to the fish before returning them alive in water . The fishing license currently allows its owners to capture a maximum of 8 fish per day, regardless of whether they have been caught during a competition or not. Reason
Having Government Act of 15 December 2000;
View the Fisheries Act and aquatic management on 28 June 2002;
Having regard to the regulation of fishing, 5 March 2008;
Given the need for several changes in terms of the concepts of the practice of fishing without death and the celebration of fishing competitions;
Seen that the Government has set the technical, administrative requirements and limitations for the exercise of fishing;

Regulation amending the regulation of fishing
Chapter I. General Provisions
Article 1
The Ministry of Territorial Planning, Environment and Agriculture annually fixed amounts and types of fishing licenses.
Article 2
The licenses can be of two categories:
The season for fishing licenses, covering all periods of working for a fishing season.
The tourist fishing licenses, valid for a period of time limited within the fishing season.
Article 3

Article 4

Article 9

Article 10

Article 19

Chapter II. Monitoring Committee for Fisheries
Article 23

Chapter III. Species can be fished
Article 27

Article 28

Chapter IV. Fishing season
Article 29

Chapter V. Limitations on catches
Article 32

Chapter VI. Release fishing and fishing education
Article 37

Chapter VII. Fishing competitions
Article 42

Article 43

Article 44

Article 45

Article 46
