Institute
We wanted to start this section of the sources of Roman Law with the first of the texts that make up the Corpus Iuris Civil for its smallness, for the purpose of teaching, in that it forms a splendid compendium of Roman Law that used students themselves to Rome to get closer to the right, and continues to faithfully Institutes of Gaius.
The Institute is divided into books, and these are made up of titles. Periodically we will present a title to take a progressive approach to its content, as mentioned in the text for the youth who yearns to learn law.
